Even after a foreign body is removed the wound and scar may hurt. Typically it subsides but if it does not see your doctor. Infection, thick or contracting scars, nerve irritation and infections are all plausible. Though sometimes it just lingering effects of pain left over if someone digging glass out of your hand.
It is important to seek a medical evaluation (and possible imaging) by a licensed professional to ensure it is not the manifestation of something more serious. You also want to seek help sooner rather than later to prevent any further damage to the area.
Could be you lacerated a nerve branch or could just be tender scar tissue. You should rub aggressively on the scar and give it several months to desensitize.
Every injury takes time to heal. Common time to full healing is 6 weeks.
That actually depends on many factors. Depending on the location and the character of the pain, it may be that you are still convalescing from the surgery, you could have an injury to one of the structures of the hand that escaped detection or you could have residual glass in the hand that is causing the pain.
Most likely just some inflammation as part of the healing process. Some scar tissue will form, which can be painful also. The pain is likely to resolve with time.
