Will I feel anything during dental anesthesia?

I am an 18 year old male. I want to know will I feel anything during dental anesthesia?

Technically, no. You shouldn't feel anything because you are under anesthesia. Occasionally people do report that they have heard conversations or felt pressure but its very rare as well. There are different techniques and levels of anesthesia so ask your provider how deep is the anesthesia that they will provide?

In short, you will not feel anything AFTER the dental anesthesia (the shot). However, you will feel a "poke" and possibly some pressure (the anesthetic fluid) that is being pushed into your gums. Deep breath always help! Good luck!
