I am a 36-year-old female who has always had stiff joints, especially in my knees and legs. Will osteopathic manipulative medicine help my stiff joints?

Of course depending on why your joints are stiff. Scleroderma and or stiff man syndrome would probably not respond but most other conditions would respond to movements and stretches
