After graduating from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, Israel, in 2006, Dr. Eli Halpert completed a one-year residency/internship in General Surgery at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Halpert then completed his Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in Vascular & Interventional Radiology. He then continued to his Residency at Yale University School of Medicine and graduated in 2011. He is an invited to speaker to many medical engagements and has publication several articles in prestigious international journals. He has received many awards and honors from him peers in the vascular and interventional radiology field.
