Dr. Starnes was born in Georgia and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, going to the beach and watching football.
In order to stay current in her field, Dr. Starnes maintains a professional membership with the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, Gwinnett Dental Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
