Dr. Chetan Gujrathi is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor, also known as an otolaryngologist, practicing in Phoenix, AZ. The doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.
An active member of the North American Skull Base Society, Dr. Gujrathi is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
