Why is there pain in my neck and head every morning?
It could be related to your pillow or it could be something wrong in your neck or it could be both. Change your pillow and see if that changes your symptoms. If you are still feeling sore in the mornings, have your neck examined by a physician such as a chiropractor to determine if you are having a musculoskeletal issue causing the neck pain. READ MORE
My husband has a bone growth in his ankle. What should we do?
You should have it checked by a physician that specializes in skeletal or boney and joint issues such as a chiropractor, an orthopedic or a podiatrist. An x-ray should be performed to determine what the growth actually is and does it need to be removed or just realigned. Dr. Eric Miller READ MORE
My mother has developed a problem of shaking hands. What could be the reason behind it?
It may be an intention tremor or a benign essential tremor. The tremors sometimes come with age. The cause is unknown. Find out if it is worse when she is concentrating on using the hand or if it does not matter. A neurologist is often helpful with this symptom. READ MORE
I am suffering from anterior tibial tendinitis. Should I quit my job?
Make sure that you are icing and stretching the anterior tibialis. You may also use transverse friction massage or some myofascial work from a Chiropractor, physical therapist or massage therapist. Your job should give you the chance to sit intermittently until the tendonitis has healed. READ MORE
Why does my back feel sore?
Many people experience more low back soreness in the morning upon rising from bed. One reason for this is that your spinal discs are more full in the morning because they have been decompressed all night. There is more pressure on them in the morning when you get up and load the discs. This usually goes away in about 30-45 minutes. It is a sign that there has been some stress on the discs and there may be some degenerative changes taking place. It may also be your bed. It may be too hard or too soft. Change beds for a few nights and see if it helps. READ MORE
I have a frozen shoulder. What should I do?
If you have a frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis, you should be getting treatment for it. a combination of Chiropractic manipulation of the shoulder, scapula and upper back in combination with physical therapy to stretch the capsule, rotator cuff and surrounding musculature would be very helpful. Doing nothing will worsen the condition READ MORE
Can a chiropractor help me with my lower back pain?

Is a chiropractor helpful in treating kids?

Why do I have a sharp knee pain?
There are too many answers to that question. You should have it examined by a physician such as a Chiropractor or an Orthopedic. They should provide a complete knee exam to rule out problems with Patellofemoral tracking issues, Runners knee, or any ligamentous or muscular issues that could be causing your pain. READ MORE
How can i reduce my pain due to ankle sprain?
First, make sure that it is just a sprain/strain and not something more serious like a fracture. Continue with the ice if it is swollen and ibuprofen for pain and inflammation, but get it examined and have x-rays taken if appropriate to rule out fracture. If it is not fractured, begin to move it slowly and do the alphabet with your foot to stretch it into all ranges of motion. If the alphabet exercises aggravate it too much, then rest it for a few more days and start them again. READ MORE
My left shoulder is broader than the right. Is this a growth problem?
It may just be an imbalance in the tension of your trapezius muscle. The only way to really know is to get an x-ray and see if there is a structural imbalance. READ MORE
Is there a way to treat back pain arising due to long sitting hours?
The type of pain you are describing is very common and usually mechanical in origin. That means it is most likely caused by dysfunction of the lumbosacral or sacroiliac joints. The longer you sit, the more difficult it is to straighten up. Manipulation of the spine is very effective at reducing the pain and improving the muscular tension. Make an appointment to see a good Chiropractic Physician. READ MORE
I have just suffered a slip Disc. After how long can I start by back exercises?
Start with your exercises as soon as you can without provoking the pain levels. If you are causing pain to radiate into the legs when doing the exercises, then discontinue and wait until you can perform the exercise without causing the pain to radiate. READ MORE
I have lipoma under my arms. Can a chiropractor help?
I would make sure that the lump(s) are truly lipomas and not something more serious. Have them examined and perhaps a biopsy may need to be performed. A chiropractic physician is probably not the specialist to see to treat lipomas. No treatment is usually needed, but again make sure that it is not something more serious. READ MORE
Can excess weight cause spine problems?
Excess weight can definitely cause increased biomechanical stress on the lower back. The bulge you can feel at the tail bone may be a lipoma or a synovial cyst. Have a physician such as a Chiropractor or an Orthopedic examine your spine to determine what the bulge is and also assess if there is a musculoskeletal reason for your lower back pain. Most of the time, lower back pain is caused by joint dysfunction, disc or muscular issues. READ MORE
Very tight neck
More than likely, there is a reason that your neck muscles continue to get tight even after a massage. Usually, there will be dysfunction of the cervical (neck) joints that is causing the muscles to tighten. Manipulation of the cervical spine may be very helpful in combination with the massage.
