Dr. Fisher is married and has five children. She attended medical school after several years spent as a professional musician in Philadelphia.
A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, she is board-certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
Professionally, Dr. Fisher served on the Faculty of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Underwood Memorial Hospital in Woodbury, New Jersey from 2003 – 2013. She also served as the Associate Residency Director at Underwood Memorial Hospital from 2008 – 2013. She currently serves as an Adult Hospitalist at Virtua Marlton Hospital, since 2013. Her special areas of care include Geriatrics and Hospital medicine in addition to General Family Medicine.
