From your narrative, it is likely you may be having a typical disorder known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, which is noted for such irregular menses. Given your last menses was Aug 2020 through April 2021, a period of 28 weeks (7 months), should be pregnant signs/symptoms of pregnant would be known. Could you still have been pregnant? Could it still be possible? Yes, but not likely. My suggestion is discuss a thorough work-up with your Physician for PCOS and be treated for same. Dr Brown saved our son from premature labor when even the specialist I was seeing had given up. He is kind, knowledgeable, and weighs all options to choose what is safest and healthiest for you and baby. He is great about explaining why he suggests any treatment and what risks there may be, and let's you decide with him what you see fit. I literally would not have my healthy 11lb boy without him! I would recommend him to any and everyone.
