Dr. Rizvi is a firm believer that gentle dentistry is a combination of amazing experiences, advanced dentistry, and utilizing the latest technology.

Dr. Rizvi completed her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 1998. As part of her commitment and passion to provide patients with the highest quality of care, she takes over 200 hours a year of continuing education to stay abreast of the newest techniques, materials, and technology that dentistry has to offer. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a general dentist, Dr. Rizvi diagnoses and treats dental issues and helps patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. As she sees lives change by transforming patients’ smiles or helping them chew better or getting them out of pain, she finds real fulfillment in what she does.

On a personal note, Dr. Rizvi is married to John Rizvi – a well known South Florida patent lawyer. They live in Plantation with their five beautiful children. The family enjoy camping, kayaking, and hiking together. In her spare time, Dr. Rizvi enjoys traveling, exercising, and photography.
