Do you feel like fibromyalgia has changed you as a person?

Fibro has changed me as a person, being in pain constantly dampens your spirit. You start not looking forward to days out or events as you get used to canceling due to ill health. Starting from the top down, headaches, fuzzy brain fog, blurred vision, bright lights, stiff neck, shoulder and back pain, kidney pain, hip pain, weight gain, itching all over, stiffness all over, knee and ankle pain, and limited mobility.

Has fibro limited your physical activities? How?

Yes, fibro has limited my physical activities. Unable to row (boats), which I used to do. Breathlessness and chronic pain after exercising makes the task impossible. One hour in the gym would mean a whole day in bed and the following day due to muscular pain.
