Lifestyle Changes Since Diagnosis

What lifestyle changes have you made since your diagnosis?
Always aware of daily carbohydrates. I always ate anything and everything. Never had a weight issue.
Hypothyroid changed all of that.
What impact have these changes had on your health and state of mind?
I am always aware of what the results will be from what I am choosing to eat. I no longer crave anything with sugar. Fruit ends the craving for me.
What advice do you have for others who are trying to incorporate these changes into their lives?
MIND OVER MATTER! Think about what you are consuming and the end result before you realize it becomes habit. Make it a good habit.
