Can carpal tunnel be fixed?

I was diagnosed with a carpal tunnel. Can carpal tunnel be fixed?

Carpal Tunnel may be relieved by wearing wrist braces nightly and for 24 hours a day the first 3 days, along with an exercise program to strengthen wrist muscles/grip strength and address tendon gliding. Other modalities may be helpful, like ultrasound. I would seek treatment from an outpatient occupational therapist to begin with. If your symptoms do not lessen, you may have stored stress and trauma patterns related to nerves which are attached to your wrists. If so, this can be addressed with QNRT resets. Please let me know if you would like a consult. Take care.
Hello, There are many treatment options for CTS. The first step is to determine the extent of nerve damage which is typically done with a Nerve Conduction Study/Electromyography. From this information, your Hand Surgeon can give you a prognosis regarding your outcome.
