“Sudden Gluteal depression”
I've been dealing with Sciatica for a year
Have been prescribed Pregabalin 75 , plant based supplements , vitamin b1 and rest since March 2022 . I've been physically very active before this diagnosis and since them I've been much less active. Very recently I noticed this deep depression on one side of my buttocks and it's shocked me I believe it has developed in a week or so. Should I be worried?

This could be muscle atrophy from nerve damage … I would get an mri of the lumbar spine and your pelvis
Yes. That’s a sign of muscle atrophy from nerve compression causing sciatica and denervation of that muscle
