I have varicose veins in my legs and want to fix them. What anesthesia is used for varicose vein surgery?

Regional or general anesthesia, and maybe local anesthesia are all good options.
We usually just use Local anesthesia. If you tend to get very anxious or nervous, we may give you a light sedative in pill form 30 minutes prior to the treatment.
