What does it mean when you have bumps in the back of your throat?

I am a 48 year old male. I have bumps in the back of my throat. What could be the cause?

Cobblestone throat means that you have an inflamed tissue in the back od your throat. It is cause by viral or bacterial infections, allergic rhinitis, and acid reflux. Thank you.
They could be anything from excessive lymphoid tissues, polyps or warts. A doctor needs to look at them and perhaps biopsy them for appropriate treatment.
