Dr. Levy, a board-certified pediatrician & allergist / immunologist, is the Owner & Operator of Lone Star Children’s Medical Clinic in Houston, Texas. He believes all children are precious gifts and he treats them as though they are his own.
His vision at Lone Star Children’s Medical Clinic is to have a pediatric office where medical care is provided to patients while maintaining a friendly, warm, and professional environment. Parents can rest assured that their child will be cared for with the utmost kindness, love, and respect.
After graduating with his medical degree from the UANL School of Medicine in Mexico in 1982, Dr. Levy went on to perform his internship at Hospital Civil in 1983. Furthering his training, he performed his residency in pediatrics at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in 1986, his fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine in 1987, and his fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Cook Children’s Medical Center in 2000.
Having been practicing medicine for over three decades, Dr. Levy can also be found on staff at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Allergy and immunology involve the management of disorders related to the immune system. These conditions range from the very common to the very rare, spanning all ages and encompassing various organ systems. An allergist / immunologist is a physician specially trained to diagnose, treat, and manage allergies, asthma, and immunologic disorders, including primary immunodeficiency disorders.
