Using a mouthwash everyday is ok if your using an alcohol free MW, which are harder to find. The toothpaste and mouthwash I have used for almost 30 yrs is Oxyfresh and you can buy it on Amazon. It's more expensive but very concentrated so use about 1/3 the amount you would normally. It is a true breath deodorizer by using chlorine dioxide not just a perfume/flavoring in alcohol. Chlorine dioxide is very helpful for gum problems also

Definitely, but they must be placed properly. I sealed both my kids' and all my grandkids' teeth.

Yes about 20% of people are genetically predisposed to gum disease. Routine brushing and flossing is not effective in treating PD. You must see your dentist
