Does frequent urination in pregnancy increase the risk of a urinary infection?
Frequent urination is fairly common and luckily not a sign of uti. More likely a sign of a 5lb baby jumping up and down on your bladder.
Burning sensation while urinating, is this UTI?
This is a very common symptom of uti, other issues can cause this symptom as well. Need to have urinalysis and careful history to sort out other causes.

Can certain foods cause a smell in the urine?
Yes this is true, your body breaks down asparagusic acid into sulphur compounds, which your kidneys excrete creating the smell.
Is stem cell therapy useful for neurogenic bladder?
Stem cells for NGB is currently considered experimental. If part of a clinical trial go for it, if requiring cash payment, I would be a little skeptical
Why is the tip of my penis turning white?
This is sounds a little like BXO (balanitis xerotica obliterans). Can be cause or effect from blockage. Should definitely see a urologist for evaluation.

Some Nephrologists take on the role of kidney stone prevention. Checking 24 hour urinalyses and making dietary and medicine recommendations to prevent future stones

Bubbles usually don't mean much. Darkness is due to amount of hydration, when not hydrated smell is also stronger

I have to get an orchiectomy. Can I have an implant inserted immediately? What's the process like for getting an implant?
Yes, a testicular prosthesis can be put in at the time of radical orchiectomy. I would caution that many patients regret having them put in, due to pain.
