My period is late and I’m a virgin
Your period is simply delayed. The breast tenderness is most likely water retention.

There are anesthetics that can be taken orally but they will have to be prescribed for you.

I recommend that you use a back up form of contraception this cycle. You may have escape ovulation this cycle.

No form of birth control is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy.
