“Period”
When I am on my period I experience extreme pain that makes me nauseous and excessive bleeding. It can't be subdued by pain medication or heating pads.

A medical professional could place you on birth control to control the amount of bleeding you have each month. Also prescription strength Motrin or Aleve would also help.
