Exelon Patch is a drug used in the treatment of mild to moderate dementia of the Alzheimer's type and Parkinson's disease dementia. This drug is available as an extended-release patch containing rivastigmine 9 milligrams in 1 patch or rivastigmine 18 milligrams in 1 patch.

Instructions
