“Aches and pains?”
So I am just wondering what could be making my body from my head all the way down to my toes ache so bad? My body hurts to the touch.

There is not enough information here to make a diagnosis. I would suggest your see your primary care provider and possibly get some tests done. There is an outside change that this could be COVID-19, but it is not one of the more common symptoms.
