“Am I immuno compromised and do I need to keep wearing a mask?”

I have COPD and asthma. The COPD at a recent visit was barely out of stage 1 just into stage 2. I take Nucala and Dulera for it. I also have PBC of the liver that is at stage 2. My liver is working very well. I take Ursodiol for my PBC. My question is about the new CDC guidelines on fully vaccinated people not having to wear masks anymore. I am fully vaccinated and had a lot of side effects from both vaccines. I am wondering if the vaccines weren't as effective for me because of my conditions. Am I considered immunocompromised and do I need to continue wearing a mask while other vaccinated people don't?
