“Diabetes reversal?”
I just received a glucose reading of 208, until now I was prediabetes. How can I reverse this? Diet? I don't know what to eat.

Yes you can reverse it. About 30 pound weight loss would help you reverse that your pre-diabetes. Carbs are the problem. Try to avoid sodas and fruit juices.
