Typically, all surgery leaves a scar. The key question is, where is the scar located and how does it look when it heals. A typical neck lift scar is located back around th ear and so it hides well (dpsny.co/necklift). There are other neck surgeries, however, that place the scar in other locations.
Hello, and thank you for your question. I’m not sure what kind of neck surgery you have, but usually plastic surgeons can conceal scars in an inconspicuous place. Whenever you have surgery, there is always a scar, but usually they heal very well.
