Fibrinogen levels?

I have fibrinogen levels of 103 what should I do I’m also 25 and me and my fiancé want kids. I’ve had over 20 miscarriages.

You definitely would be advised to have a Hematology consultation. It is possible that you have coagulation disorder which increases the potential of blood clots and simultaneously the risk of miscarriage as well.
Low fibrinogen level may be normal or associated with some clotting abnormalities, and some clotting abnormalities may be associated with spontaneous abortions. I would advise a work-up with a skilled coagulation laboratory.
