Flatulence

I started having flatulence since 3 months. My age is 45 yrs old. I don't have any other symptoms and I am medically fit.

I donated blood every 45 days for 7 times in a year due to which I guess my hemoglobin dropped to 12.8 , other than that my cbc and ultrasound is normal

My flatulence is more in night and it goes away next morning after I poo. I starts again after lunch during evening time.

I don't feel nausea, no vomiting no bloody stools, no weight loss. However I am overthinking guy and anxiety, panic and stressed person.

Gas frequency is variable depending what we eat & how we digest it and it can be optimize by eliminating meat product for less smell, and eliminating dietary triggers like soda, gum chewing , avoids lactose products if intolerance ( or use of lactaid). Consider trial of probiotics.
Fiber may increase gas but we still recommend a high fiber diet to optimize nutrition, bowel health and decrease colon cancer.
Flatulence is a consequence of the types of foods that you ingest. Carbohydrates, especially from vegetables and fruits, cause the most gas.
Lower the carbs, such as with the Low FODMAP diet, and the flatulence should improve.
