I am on chemo for follicular NHL?

I have been on 10 hours, of chemo, rituxan, and benamustine, for this period of time. I have been told, that this kind of blood cancer, just melts away. Is this true? Is rituxan and benamustine a good safe reliable, chemo for my kind of blood cancer?

Monoclonal antibody therapy with Rituxan in combination with Bendamustine chemotherapy is an excellent first-line treatment for follicular non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. After cycle one, I always change IV Rituxan to the SQ version Hycella which takes a matter of minutes to give. This is an outpatient protocol and in most instances, I give growth factor support with long-acting G-CSF which prevents dangerous decreases in the white blood cell count.
