I am 20 weeks pregnant and I pee a lot. Is it normal to pee a lot when pregnant?

Yes. Due to pressure on the uterus on the bladder. Be very careful of discomfort or blood in urine. Ob/Gyn follow up is very important.
It’s more common in the first and third trimester, a pregnant woman is prone to uti in addition to that gestational diabetes can start at this time of pregnancy. Please follow up with your OB for urine analysis and diabetes screening.
