Pain after femoral derotational osteotomy?

1 year ago a femoral derotational osteotomy was made on my left leg. After that period I suffer from pain especially when I am sitting and limp while I am walking very long distances. My doc says everything is fine but I don't think so. Could you please say if the x-rays are ok and the fracture is healed properly or can this pain be due to ligaments? The x-ray where the fracture healed is after two months post-surgery.

Wasn’t healed completely at 8 weeks. You need repeat X-rays to evaluate better for a pain generator.
