Postpartum mayhem?

The first symptoms started about a month or two ago, my entire body aches (mainly my shoulders, upper spine to lower spine, my hips, and my ribs). It's all day every day, it’s worse in the morning and at night, I thought I was getting sick at first but once it lasted longer than two weeks with no other symptoms I kind of figured I wasn’t sick. I have like an extra bone or something growing in my left pointer finger, it’s gotten bigger since I first noticed it and it’s tender to touch. I haven’t been hungry like I should be, some times I have one meal a day and I’ve lost 5-10 lbs in a month. Most recently I’ve started feeling so weak and tired that someone could push me over, I get lightheaded very easily, and I can’t hold my baby for too long or get onto the bed while holding him like I used to, I feel like I’ll drop him if I don’t set him down. That’s all on top of my postpartum depression. I think that’s all of it. Should I see a doctor?

Yes. See a doctor.

Yes, you should certainly see your OB doctor. Most of these symptoms could be associated with postpartum depression.
You should definitely see your family doctor as well as a Psychiatrist ASAP, please.
YES INDEED! You should have a thorough medical evaluation ASAP. What you are describing is NOT ONLY post-partum depression!
Yes. What you are describing is not psychiatric in nature. The symptoms you present with suggest a systemic disease, probably of an autoimmune nature. A rheumatologist would be the medical specialty I would suggest.
