STD Inquiry?

What would be the best medication if one was born with congenital syphilis and one may have HIV? But had been smoking medical marijuana starting a year before the start of sexual activity and the sexual activity included one possible HIV transmission to a male congenital syphilis carrier. It was followed by a year of abstaining from medical marijuana followed by another year of use and in total leading up to nearly two years of possible exposure to any harmful STDs without alternative treatment. What would be the best medication options for a patient in this condition?

Antibiotics are the treatment, but you need to go get tested for all the STDs including HIV and get treatment. Use condoms to protect yourself and others.
If HIV positive, seek medical attention right away. For syphilis, a course of antibiotic is recommended. Contact your gp for the best option.
