If you have swimmers' ear, you can try to use an equal parts mixture of white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, and distilled water in the ear. Apply a few drops to the affected ear 2-3 times a day for 3-7 days. If you are still symptomatic, set an appointment for further evaluation.
Take a decongestant and nasal spray like Flonase
I would guess that you also have some ear wax that is contributing to the problem. If it does not resolve you might need to have your ears cleaned. <http://www.avg.com/email-signature?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> Virus-free.www.avg.com <http://www.avg.com/email-signature?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> <#DAB4FAD8-2DD7-40BB-A1B8-4E2AA1F9FDF2>
