Weight loss issue?

I have been underweight my whole life but I am now 19 weighing 54 pounds and starting to lose hair. When I go to the doctors they tell me I am fine but I think there is something seriously wrong with me, I keep dropping weight no matter how much I try to eat.

Please get evaluated by your endocrinologist as soon as possible. If you have type 1 diabetes mellitus, you may develop any other autoimmune conditions that can cause weight loss.
Some people do not meet the “standard” weight range, but are still normal. I recommend that you to meet with a nutritionist and possibly a local endocrinologist. Make sure you are taking a daily multivitamin.

Your case is too complicated for an online answer. In the meantime, I would be checked for a gluten allergy (celiac disease), however, you tell me so little about what's been done, what your labs are, what other symptoms you have, it is impossible to give you a clear answer, what and if you have a problem.

Best wishes,
