Your anxiety and it’s origin is not general there fore your point selection is just as original as you
There are many points for anxiety. I encourage you to book a session with your practitioner of choice to get help with relief.
Pressing on the third eye, between the two eyebrows can help.
You better be with a good acupuncturist, he or she can help you out!

Can't answer this for you. Don't know enough about you. No history, no idea what your imbalance is, etc. Find a fully trained professional in Chinese medicine, possessing a master's degree AND 5+ years experience in this field.
We do NOT provide information about pressure points to treat anxiety because there are many causative factors to review before choosing a point prescription for a patient.

Many pressure points depending on the pattern differentiation or root cause. Usually, people with anxiety need to work with certain breathing patterns and conscious breathing techniques.
Good afternoon,

There are couple sets of acupuncture points to relieve anxiety. For example, SP6, UB20. But every set has its own function. The best is to ask your practitioner what the cause is so the practitioner can recommend the proper points.

Hi,

There are a lot of points that can do that, but with a correct diagnosis, it works better. Here are some examples: Ht7 is for calming, PC6 is for stopping the anxiety with nausea, etc.

Pressure or Acupuncture points to relieve anxiety are varied, due to individual cause(s) of the anxiety. Please contact a licensed acupuncturist in your area for assistance.

The yin tang or third eye.
There is no set of points to relieve anxiety. Acupuncture is far more complicated than a set of points for this and a set of points for that. Your practitioner will do a thorough exam and then start treating you much more holistically.
There are many points on the ears, medial wrist, and on the back of the head. You need to have a Television to learn about these points. If you have an acupuncturist, you can make a tele-appointment to learn them.
There are many points can relieve anxiety , some on head, some on hand, some on arm, some on leg, some on foot, some on back, some on abdomen, I suggest you to get an acupuncture book you can find them.
Off the top of my head, there are three different reasons inside the Chinese medical model why a person might experience anxiety. Each of these different reasons has a different treatment. Unlike conventional western medicine, the Chinese model isn't built around the idea that the same or similar conditions have fundamentally the same treatment. The Chinese model is built around an individual diagnoses that is made from the perspective of the entire system. There's no one set of points which could be used to provide treatment for a given condition.

Secondly, in my experience, acupuncture using needles provides faster and longer lasting relief from conditions like pain or anxiety.

If you'd like to try Chinese medicine to help your issue, go to NCCAOM.org and use their "Find a Practitioner" lookup to get a list of local, board certified providers.
There are several points throughout the body that can be used to releive anxiety. To determine which points are most effective, I suggest seeing an acupuncturist. They will learn what exactly is causing the anxiety and can better guide you in treating it using at-home techniques like acupressure, moxibustion, and meditation.
