Is it okay to sleep with my dentures?

I fell asleep the other night on the couch on accident and I was still wearing my partial dentures. I usually take them off at night. Is it okay to fall asleep with dentures on, every so often?

There is No problem sleeping with Partial bridges or dentures as long as you brush and clean both your own teeth and the partial meticulously.
Make sure the partial is not lose or high when you chew
It is alright to occasionally sleep with your dentures in. Try to at least remove them for a few hours a day

Should not be a problem at all
No problem. Just don’t make it a habit. They should be left out at least 4 hours per day.
Not really, it’s always better to remove them to give your teeth a gum rest so the blood supply may circulate better. Also, it will improve the long term of your ridge where the denture is supported by.
Not a problem if this happens occasionally.
Never ever sleep with your dentures. It's not good for your mouth tissue.
It’s ok once in a while, but like shoes you need to give your mouth a chance to breathe without constant coverage by your denture.
Yes, you can wear them. Make sure they fit you well.
Falling asleep with your dentures in place occasionally is not likely to cause harm, but the best advice is to remove then while sleeping. You also need to clean your mouth without your dentures in place before bedtime.
