“Should I go to ER for leg pain?”
I am a 38 year old male with very intense leg pain. Should I go to ER for leg pain?

Yes. Absent an injury, intense leg pain may indicate a blood clot which can be dangerous and is quickly diagnosed with an ultrasound that would take about 2 minutes. If there was a sprain injury of some sort, but pain is well beyond what you would expect, a condition called compartment syndrome is also very serious and needs to be ruled out quickly. Go to the ER.
