“Can the dengue virus remain in my blood stream?”
I recently suffered from the dengue virus and I am now in the recovery phase. I am worried that the virus remain in my blood stream, causing a relapse later. Is a relapse possible?

usually virus is not stay in the blood. if you are bitten again, as you body makes antibody to the virus, then makes second infection different than the first one which is more severe. Some people might experience dengue-like fever a month after initial involvement, which is being treated symptomatically. Please see you infectious disease physician.
