My 14 year old daughter started wheezing and coughing up flem. Why is my daughter coughing up flem?

If not, allergy related. Probably viral bronchitis and/or sinusitis. If fever (greater than 100.5 F) or sputum is purulent, may indicate antibiotic tx. Drink at least two quarts of water/day. If short of breath, see a pediatrician.
