As the multiple pandemics roll along, more and more Americans decide that they have had enough and resume to their pre-covid lives. The behavior, the shortage of beds, and emergency equipment and personnel are raising havoc in most. There's no coordinated federal approach and state and local jurisdictions have different arrangements and varying relationships with courts and medical organizations.

The risks are from Super Flu, Covid, and its variants. resurgent diseases like Tuberculosis, Measles, and Gonorrhea. Syphilis, in short, is all of the vector diseases whose agents are enhanced by climate change. Metabolic illnesses like diabetes and cancer are also on the increase, responding to factors like diet and stress. Although diabetes and cancer are not superspreaders, vector diseases can be and can co-host superspreader events. Hate crimes involving guns, knives, and autos. etc are on the increase.
