The effectiveness of the vaccination process is directly dependent on the reactivity of the immune system. That reactivity is high in youth and declines steadily or sometimes abruptly with advancing age. The high reactivity of youth is the reason why there are 2 dosages for children between 5 and 12 years of age. It is measured in micrograms rather than milligrams and is thought to be according to a Pfizer unofficial program 25 micrograms or fewer. The adult dosage for unimpaired individuals between 12 and 25 is 40 milligrams. 1000 micrograms = a milligram. There is no evidence that SARS-CoV-2 vaccination affects sexual activity or gonad structure and production. The chaotic politics that engulfs the vaccination process is the result of more than vaccine leeriness and misinformation. The health pandemic issue has been overtaken by ugly disinformation and politicization. There are approximately 2,000 American deaths from SARS every day. While most of these deaths have occurred in the rural south and among the unvaccinated, the unavailability of ICU beds and the use of critical beds in adjoining states is affecting the effectiveness of frontline personnel. Coercive response to the progression of the pandemic is an unfortunate but perhaps increasingly needed measure.
