highly unlikely that vitamin b12 is causing it alone
you are at an age where you could have hormonal imbalances especially around your menstrual cycle
i recommend a good face routine with good acne face wash, putting a nightly serum at night, washing face several times a day, a good probiotic, multivitamins, vitamin c.
blood tests are expensive and not necessary in my opinion

HIV symptoms?

recommend getting tested for hiv p24 antigen test right away
doubt it is hiv because timing is too rapid for it to happen
