6 Weeks pregnant with light pain?

I found out I was pregnant about a week ago, and for the past five days or so I have been experiencing light, random pain all around my pelvic region. It’s not only on one side and it has not been accompanied by spotting. Just little stabs of pains here and there, and dull aches sometimes. This is my second pregnancy, and I had a c section with my first if that’s relevant. I am thinking it might be some stretching going on, but it seems too early for that. Should I be concerned?

Random pelvic pain can occur early in pregnacy. Some things to think about are dehydration, urinary tract infection and of course as you've considered some muscuoskeletal discomfort. Your history of cesarean is likely irrelevant. However, since the pain has been for 5 days you should seek emergency attention at your nearest to the nearest emergency room for more investigation and reassurance that the pregnancy is in your uterus and not in your fallopian tubes. A pregnancy in the fallopian tubes is life threatening. Its better to be safe than sorry. Meanwhile, increase your fluid intake and make an appointment with your obstetrician as soon as you can to help you monitor the situation.
It is likely just some “growing pains”. If it becomes one-sided or associated with pain, you should be seen to rule out a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy.
