“Advil pm and Xanax ”
Took two Advil pm and half a Xanax around 11am now I'm extremely sleepy will I be ok?My blood pressure is 124//89
Male | 59 years old
Medications: Valsartan 320mg, Metoprolol 100mg,81 mg aspirin,
Conditions: Elevated hypertension

You can be okay if you avoid potentially hazardous activities such as driving a car, driving a tractor, etc. You may be sleepy for several hours until the Xanax is out of your system. Your blood pressure is okay.
