There are lifestyle changes that can help. If you're overweight, lose weight. If you're sedentary, exercise regularly. A good way to exercise is to walk 15-30 minutes 6-7 days a week. You can also bike, lift weights, and do other things to become more active.
If your blood pressure is high, though, it is best to see a medical provider quickly and get on medication to bring it down -- depending on how high it is. They'll take it professionally and if it's high enough it might lead to heart attack or stroke, then meds are the best bet. You may be able to use lower doses or fewer meds as you adopt the lifestyle changes I mentioned. Your medical provider can customize this general information as advice to you.

A locally owned mom and pop pharmacy is more likely to give their pharmacist time to listen and care about you. Avoid large chain pharmacies if you can get to a locally owned pharmacy instead.

There is no one right answer to that question. Psychological medications are some of the most difficult to select and dose. The best thing you can do for your daughter is get her in front of a psychiatrist you can trust and that listens to you and to her.
Work with them to adjust her medications and ask if the psychiatrist believes cognitive behavioral therapy would be helpful. If so, work with them to find a counselor trained in CBT that listens and works well with your daughter.
Most of all, don't give up. Correctly diagnosing, treating, and dealing with bipolar disorder is a challenge but if you and your daughter are determined and stick with it you will figure it out and find a path to success.

No. You should have more food in your stomach.
Eat first. Full glass of water or juice after.
More food can mean full glass of whole milk, protein shake, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, hamburger, etc. You need at least a small meal, not just a bit of candy. A main reason why is the food helps ensure the tablet doesn't just sit and marinate in your stomach, which can lead to an ulcer. Chasing with water busts up the tablet and spreads it around, ensuring it's not stuck in one place. It moves through with the water and food, decreasing the chances of ulceration.

It would be best to find a locally owned independent pharmacy. Go in and ask the pharmacist for a recommendation. Large chain pharmacies do not give their pharmacists enough staffing to take time and help, but a local independent should be able to ask you detailed questions about your daughter's allergies, their other medications, their health problems, and then give you a good recommendation.

You can. It's unusual, but if it happens it you need to talk to your doctor about the side effects. You should also bring it up to a pharmacist at the pharmacy that dispensed it to you so they can ask detailed questions to help determine if it's pravastatin or something else. If you have any rash or hives appearing and you think it's due to the pravastatin it's okay to not take it if you can't get hold of your doctor or pharmacist immediately. Call them as soon as they're available, though, as pravastatin is a drug that can help keep you out of the hospital and alive longer and if you need a statin they need to find one that works for you.
If you have hives, swelling, the itching worsens, and especially if you have any signs or symptoms that involve your heart rate, swelling around the lips/tongue/nose/throat/face, or your breathing changes, you should treat that as an emergency. It's not likely but if it happens take it seriously and go to the emergency room or call an ambulance immediately.

Assuming you're otherwise healthy (no history of ulcers or kidney disease), a full meal usually means a balanced meal. Carbs, protein, fats.
Here are some examples (note I can't advise you specifically because I don't know your full medical history, so take this as general information that needs to be filtered through your doctor, pharmacist, dietician, or other professional): A glass of whole milk, a bowl of milk and cereal, bacon and eggs, a peanut butter jelly sandwich with milk, water, or another similar drink, a hamburger.
Note that it's also critical to chase down ibuprofen (especially the higher doses like what you're using) with a FULL glass of water, juice, or some other liquid that's mostly water to break apart the tablet and make sure it moves through your stomach quickly. The main point of food first and lots of water after is to break up the tablet, buffer it in food, and get it through your stomach before it causes an ulcer.
Lastly, ibuprofen 800 is prescription only. It's the same as taking 4 over the counter tablets and at that dose can be more dangerous in terms of side effects. Take it only when prescribed and only as prescribed, and make sure you ask your health providers (especially your pharmacist!) for specific answers to your questions!

It depends on how much paracetamol you took and how much alcohol you intend to drink.
Generally it's not advisable to take paracetamol and drink alcohol in the same day. They both put wear and tear on your liver and that overlaps. That said, paracetamol taken at normal over the counter doses is largely out of your system in the next 8-12 hours, and MODERATE (think 1-2 glasses in a 24 hour period for a male, half that for a female) alcohol consumption is normally fine for an otherwise healthy individual of legal drinking age.
Note that this is general information and individual exceptions exist. For specific questions ask your local pharmacist or your healthcare provider.

It depends on the type of sinus infection. You should see a provider that can determine whether or not the infection is bacterial. If it's bacterial and you've not already been treated for it, it's not uncommon to see a drug from the penicillin, aminopenicillin, or first-generation cephalosporin classes be prescribed.
It's not wise to try and self-medicate with antibiotics if they're left over. Some of them interact with other drugs or have serious side effects, and if the dosing is incorrect you may not effectively treat the infection but still suffer the side effects.

Promethazine is used for motion sickness, but it's also used to treat things that cause coughing. By drying up secretions that cause cough (often referred to as "drainage"), the cough that drainage causes is relieved.
Promethazine is also good at blocking allergy symptoms, which can cause tickling and itching that lead to coughing even without drainage.
Codeine is used as a direct cough suppressant. There are more drawbacks to products containing codeine. If the promethazine isn't treating your cough, it would be best to consult with your primary care provider and request to proceed to the next steps in therapy.
