Allergy to Red Bull?

So, the last couple of months I've been drinking 2-4 250ml cans of Red Bulls. Normally when I did this I'd be fine, lately, I've started getting rashes/ hives all over my face at first I thought It was a heat rash but as it's come back I've not been in heat so I've been confused. Now my lips start to swell after 1 can also at first thought it was because I may be allergic to face masks but this morning I've not worn one and have had 2 cans of Red Bulls is this a sign that I'm allergic to caffeine? If so, can I still drink them as this swelling goes away after an hour or so finishing the drinks, the rash not so much the advice would be great.

You could be reacting to the coloring or artificial flavors in the Red Bull. If I were you I would not drink Red Bull at all. It is not healthy for your heart.
May not be caffeine. Could be any of the ingredients in the can.
