Are kidney stones common after surgery?

I am a 17 year old female. I want to know if kidney stones are common after surgery?

There is higher risk of kidney stones after malabsorptive procedure associated with postsurgical changes in urine composition such as urine oxalate, low urine citrate, and low urine volume. Dietary recommendations from the Urologist or Surgeon may help to reduce the risk significantly. Follow your Doctor Recommendation. Thank you.
Kidney stones, especially calcium oxalate stones, can occur after small intestinal resection.
Yes, it is quite common. If the stone came out or has been removed, it is necessary to study stone composition and set measures for recurrence prevention.
Kidney stones are generally unrelated to surgery.
Nope.
In my experience, having kidney stones after surgery is not a common occurrence.

No. It means you had a presdisposition prior to Surgery. Stay very hydrated 2,000 ml of distilled water daily and 500-1,000 ml of Plum juice daily. Check Thyroid/parathroid levels and calcium level.
