Yes. Acupuncture with massage and herbs can be used to treat your high blood pressure gradually and bring your blood back to normal.

Acupuncture is great supplemental treatment for high blood pressure.
Sure. Exercise is an excellent way to get blood pressure back down to more of a normal range. Acupuncture has a good track record in this space. Some herbs are pretty good at normalizing pressure. What's going to work best for you is going to be dependent on how high your blood pressure currently is, how long it has been that way, and what other complicating factors you might have (pre-existing heart disease, family history of stroke, etc.) .Sometimes it makes more sense to start folks on prescription medication to get the pressure down quickly and then transition to more of a long-term solution.
Your acupuncturist can help treat that and may have some herbal formulas for it, as well. You may also find a naturopath who can make tinctures for high blood pressure so you don't have to take pharmaceuticals.
Hello!
There are many natural treatments for hypertension, but that is not to say that you should discontinue your medication without discussing with your primary care physician. Often, acupuncture is combined with dietary recommendations as well as herbal supplements in the treatment of high blood pressure. There is no quick fix, but with time your doctor may be able to decrease the dosage of your medication in direct correlation with your results.
Feel free to contact me if you would like further clarification.
