Are these meds safe for pregnancy or do they prevent it?

Me and my wife have been trying to have a kid for a long time. She has been on medroxyprogesterone for 2 years and metformin for 1 year and tried 50mg clomid for 3 months. Nothing has happened. Are these meds safe for pregnancy or do they prevent it?

Female | 28 years old
Medications: Medroxyprogesterone metformin

MPA (generic Provera) is to bring on a period. You wouldn’t take it during pregnancy.
Metformin is safe and is used for Insulin resistance or pre- diabetes , very common in PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which it sounds like what your wife has.
If she does not ovulate on 50 mg Clomid, she may need a higher dose, or to try Letrazole for ovulation induction.
Good luck!
